1. What is ACEF?

The Asoka Creative Experimentation Fund (ACEF) operates as an internal Science and Technology Fund under the management of Asoka Law Company Limited. The Fund is established to support academic, creative, and intellectual property (IP)–related projects.

All contributions received by ACEF are administered transparently and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Who can contribute to ACEF?

ACEF welcomes support from:

• Enterprises and corporations;

• Media organizations and press agencies;

• Universities, academic institutions, and research centers;

• International organizations;

• Individuals, scholars, and supporters of knowledge development.

3. Forms of contribution

• Financial contributions to specific projects or programs announced on ACEF’s official website: www.ipcases.vn;

• Professional contributions such as translation, data provision, editing, academic review, or support in organizing events;

• Communication and media sponsorship aimed at promoting a culture of respect for and development of intellectual property;

• Long-term or annual sponsorship for ACEF’s full spectrum of programs and initiatives.

4. Funding process (simple and transparent)

Step 1: Send an email expressing your intention to contribute to acef@asokalaw.vn
Step 2: ACEF will provide the sponsorship dossier and the list of corresponding benefits
Step 3: The sponsor confirms the intended contribution
Step 4: Transfer the contribution via bank transfer or QR code
Step 5: ACEF issues an official acknowledgment letter and receipt in accordance with the regulations governing Science and Technology Funds.
