Asoka Creative Experimentation Fund (ACEF), established under Asoka Law Company Limited, is a dedicated science and technology fund for intellectual property, created to bridge IP with creativity, academia, and business.
We are seeking the Fund’s first Executive Director - an individual who dares to experiment, to create, and to transform vision into tangible impact.
Develop and implement the overall strategic direction of the Fund, aligned with the vision “Born from IP. Built for IP.”
Manage and coordinate major projects, including the flagship publication Collection of Intellectual Property Cases in Vietnam.
Lead fundraising efforts, secure sponsorships, and build strategic partnerships both domestically and internationally.
Oversee human resources, budgeting, and fund governance in compliance with current laws and internal regulations.
Represent ACEF in external relations, communications, and academic collaborations.
Report directly to the Fund Management Board and collaborate closely with Asoka Law and academic or corporate partners.
Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in the legal, academic, creative, non-profit, or startup sectors.
Strong understanding of intellectual property and/or prior experience in project management, fundraising, or international collaboration.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Demonstrated leadership, multitasking, and strategic thinking abilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit - willing to experiment, innovate, and explore new ideas.
A practical mindset with the ability to turn concepts into action and bring projects from vision to implementation.
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Law, Management, Business, Public Policy, or related fields.
International certifications in project management, non-profit management, or intellectual property are highly valued.
