On October 15, 2025, the Asoka Creative Experimentation Fund (ACEF) was formally established in the United States, marking a significant milestone in the global expansion journey of the Asoka ecosystem.
The Fund was incorporated as a legal entity under the name Asoka Creative Experimentation LLC, registered in the State of Delaware, United States. The establishment aims to bridge knowledge, creativity, and intellectual property (IP) between Vietnam and leading international innovation centers.
Date of Establishment: Asoka Creative Experimentation LLC was officially registered at 11:47 a.m. on October 15, 2025.
Legal Form: Limited Liability Company (LLC).

The establishment of ACEF as a U.S. legal entity is part of the Asoka ecosystem’s international development strategy, built around three key priorities:
Connecting research and academia: Building bridges between Vietnamese IP scholars and professionals with universities and research institutions in the United States.
Mobilizing funding and international collaboration: Expanding opportunities for fundraising and sponsorship of intellectual property, creative, and technology projects.
Strengthening Asoka’s global presence: Affirming Vietnam’s position in the fields of intellectual property and applied sciences.

During the period from 2025 to 2028, ACEF plans to implement bilateral Vietnam - U.S. initiatives in areas such as IP publication, advanced IP training, and the development of an academic database on intellectual property case law.
In addition, the Fund is actively pursuing collaborations with U.S. academic institutions and creative enterprises to explore opportunities for cooperation and to promote the international commercialization of Vietnamese intellectual property assets.
