Project Funding 2026For the first time in Vietnam, intellectual property judgments have been systematically compiled and published as a bilingual Vietnamese–English book series. The collection includes two volumes:
Volume 1: Copyrights and Related Rights
Volume 2: Industrial Property Rights
Significance and Impact:
Provides practical insights into the adjudication of intellectual property disputes in Vietnam since the inception of IP legislation.
Contributes to public policy development by emphasizing the importance of enforcement mechanisms and the protection of intellectual assets.
Supports investors and experts in gaining a clearer understanding of Vietnam’s legal environment for intellectual property to develop appropriate strategies.
Promotes the establishment of a specialized Intellectual Property Court of high quality and practical value in Vietnam.
Serves as a comprehensive and reliable legal reference source on IP disputes in Vietnam, presented in professional legal English.
As a Master’s graduate from Australia majoring in IP – Media – Technology, participating in this project has been a meaningful way for me to contribute to the global growth of Vietnam’s intellectual property sector.
